Production area: On hills of average height in the municipality of Rovato, the most important agricultural centre of Franciacorta.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay. Production technique: When the grapes have reached the best ripening, they are harvested by hand in small boxes and within two hours, the grapes are slightly pressed. The must ferments at a low temperature and the resulting wine will be bottled only in the following spring.

Organoleptic profile: Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, a scent of fresh fruit such as apple and pear, dry taste and slightly sour, overall harmonic.

How to serve: Temperature (10-12 °C) in thin glasses of good capacity. Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif with appetizers, ideal for accompanying pasta dishes or dishes based on fish.
